There are a couple things that make this house different from the rest. The first is the giant covered patio in the back which is super cool for sitting outside but not being in the elements. The second is the fully fenced back yard. The third is our security deposit. We only require $500 for regular refundable security deposit. If you have dogs (sorry no cats), we add an additional $450. A total security deposit of $950 is not what any other place are charging. We also have heat and A/C, washer & dryer and refrigerator already in the house ready to use. We are not like your typical property management company. We will work with you because we want you to work with us. P.S. Zillow will not allow me to edit the property address because it "unique."
