Hello! I'm looking for a roommate to rent the master bedroom of a 1611 sqft two story townhouse in the Mosaic housing development. The master bedroom is massive with its own full bathroom and walk in closet. The townhouse has a two car garage, in-unit washer and dryer and a small fenced area in the front. There is a lot of natural light and the kitchen is very spacious. There is central heating and air conditioning. If you are a CSU student, the drive to CSU is roughly 10 minutes. There is a bus stop nearby for bus #14 which will take you to the downtown transit center. Rent is $1,100 (includes water and sewer). Utilities range from $100-150 depending. Move-in sometime around May/June. Possibly could do early July move-in. The lease ends mid-January. There will be an option to renew (I am hoping to stay in the townhouse long-term). About me: I'm a cis female, late 20's phd student at CSU. I am casual and quiet. I like to get to know my roommates to create a comfortable living environment. I have a cat and a 1 year old golden retriever who is in training to be a therapy dog. I like a clean home but also understand when life gets busy for a day or two. I would prefer to live with someone who doesn't use alcohol or other substances regularly (e.g., daily). Someone who is pet-friendly is key. I'm open to adding another pet to the townhouse!
