This apartment is in the lower level of our home. The apartment has been freshly painted and new carpet installed. There is vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen and the bathroom. There will be new lighting fixtures installed in the living room soon. This will happen before occupancy. This is a month to month rental. We do this because some people have things happen and they must break their lease. Our last renter was here on a month to month for 5 1/2 years. The Landlord pays water, heat, electricity, sewer and garbage. There is no cable so the tent must have a steaming device. The tenant pays for wifi of choice and a mail box rental.
