Newly painted townhouse, 3 bedrooms, bonus room in the basement. New appliances, 3 full Bathrooms, and 1 Half Bath. Storage space in the basement area. Bump out in the kitchen area and Basement area. Renter pays all utilities. You must make the first month's rent upon lease signing. No pets in the home. It is a requirement that you have renter's insurance (have it ready and available upon request). You must hold renter's insurance 30days after move-out. There will be a home inspection the 30th of every month, with a two week notice in advance. The rent is due in owners designated account on the 5th of every month (meaning it needs to post in the account by the 5th) not I made the deposit on the 5th and you show a deposit receipt (your rent will be late). Late rent fee is $77.00 and must be paid with the rent. Prior to move-out its mandatory that ALL carpet in the house is cleaned by a license and insured carpet cleaning company. If the carpet is not cleaned the cleaning fee will be taken out of the security deposit. Any damages to the home will come out of the security deposit. You must make sure that the house is clean before move out. If the home is left dirty or any trash left behind that cleaning fee will come out of your security deposit. There is no smoking of any kind within 100 feet of the home. There is no smoking of any kind inside of the home. There are two parking spots in front of the home, if you park in any other parking spot not marked 2603 your vehicle will be towed and that expense is YOUR responsibility.
