I have an upgraded, spacious 2/2 condo available for rent. The condo is 1009 sq. ft in size. It has granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. All of the appliances are included in the rent. The condo is already available and it has always been kept very clean and is spotless. The Bella Terra condos are located on the intersection of a S.R. 434 and Maitland Boulevard streets. It is very close to the I-4, shoppes and the Altamonte Springs Mall. The Bella Terra condos offer a children's playground, a valet trash pick up, a beautiful spacious pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a tennis court among other amenities. This is a gated community. I would have to check your background and work history and a potential applicant would have to prove that he/she has a job and makes about 3 times the monthly rent. A security deposit of $500 and a first and last month' rent is also required to move in. A one month rent is $1050. Smoking is not allowed. The cable TV, internet, trash pick up and water are not included in the rent. I have to do a credit check and a background check before I can let you move in. A tenant must prove that he/she is employed and can afford the rent. I will ask for the 1. and last month's rent before the tenant moves in. Application has to be filled and approved before a move in OKed.
