The condo also features a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher in the unit. Enjoy the outdoor pool, exercise room, BBQ area, and a boardwalk connecting the condo building to the beach. Parking for one car is included in the total amount. With the beach mere moments away, endless adventures await. Sink your toes into the powdery sands, take a leisurely shoreline stroll, or bask in the sun's warm embrace as you relax in pure bliss. Minutes to grocery stores, nightlife, gift and souvenir shops, and two marinas less than a mile from your condo. You can rent jet skis and pontoon boats, reserve a dolphin cruise or a deep-sea fishing trip, and find plenty of options for parasailing. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. We don't provide beach towels. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events are allowed. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
