Stop in during our open hours for a tour to see what we have to offer here at West 24 Cottages! Monday 12pm-6pm, Thursday 12pm-6pm, and Friday 10am-2pm (after hours and weekend hours by appointment). Please wear a mask and practice social distancing. We are a brand new community located in Hudsonville, and we are excited to begin leasing our first couple units! Our duplex styled units have LVT flooring in all of the main areas, and carpet in the bedrooms. Each unit does have an attached two stall garage, washer/dryer in unit, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Our community is nearby local shopping areas as well as restaurants, and it is only a short drive from the highway. Contact us today for more information or if you are looking for a tour! Residents are responsible for gas, electric, trash removal services, internet/cable, and also for a $45 water reimbursement fee each month. We are a pet friendly community, but we do have some restrictions on dog breeds. We charge $50/month per pet, and we also charge a non-refundable $250 pet fee per pet.
