Tenant will be responsible for upkeep of yard and flowerbeds (so hopefully you love to garden) and responsible for shoveling sidewalks and driveway in the winter. Lots of storage, fenced yard, small garage, updated interior with great open floor plan. 10 minute bike ride to downtown. When applying/inquiring - please tell me a bit about yourself (profession, longevity in Durango, hobbies, pets, etc) and please list times you'll be available to see the home. I will be conducting an open house to give viewings. Owner splits bill for trash, water and sewer // tenant pays for gas + electric. Income must be equal/greater to 2.5 x's rent.
