This is a single family log cabin home located in the heart of Old Hickory, walking distance to local shops, Dollar General and more! It has a yard with off-street parking, a large front porch and small back patio. Inside there are two bedrooms, the master has a long extended closet and the second bedroom has a wardrobe for a closet. The bathroom is a tub/shower combo and located in the master bedroom. There is Berber carpet in both bedrooms and living room any vinyl flooring the in the kitchen and bathroom. In the master bedroom is a heating and cooling wall unit and works very well as window unit in the second bedroom (see details in Lease Summary). Pets accepted for an additonal $35 per pet per month or $25 per pet per month for two pets maximum. We DO NOT ACCEPT SECTION 8, $695 monthly rent, $695 security deposit. Total household income must be 3 times rent (minimum $2000/month). If you have questionable credit, we will require last month's rent at move in as well. Anyone over 18 living in the home must fill out an application and pay fee of $40 per applicant. We screen for credit check, criminal background, employment/income verification and previous rental history. We will not approve anyone owing prior landlords, evictions or recent criminal activity, you must supply 3 months bank statements and proof of income if self employed, not employed or if employment/income is not verifiable through an employer.
