I'm a very tidy person and am hoping to find a roommate who will keep the common spaces clean too. I'm happy to answer any questions about myself and the space. Also happy to schedule a tour. **Zillow does not have a month to month option. Please ignore the 1 year lease term in the listing** Renters will sign a simple rental agreement that is month to month. There is no duration agreement. The document states renters will try to give 30 days notice before leaving. A $300 non-refundable deposit must be paid with the first month's rent. I have no intention of moving or not renting this space anytime soon. I would give at least 6 months notice to any renter if this were to change in the future. There are no pets allowed. No smoking inside. Renters will have access to driveway parking and garage parking if they like. I will take care of all mowing and snow removal at the house.
