This is a fully furnished property in SoCo area and is my home the majority of the year. Dogs are welcome (with some rules in place). I also have chickens on the property which require care so you would need to either take that on (it's not very difficult) or allow a caretaker to come by to do so. Either way you'll have all the fresh eggs you can stand! Owner pays all bills.
