A lot of work has gone into this home since purchasing it in the summer of 2006. New windows, covered patio, larger driveway, paint in and out, new wood fence in the back and landscaping. The inside of the house was redone with new moulding, doors, tile and laminate to replace the carpet and linoleum. Baseboard heaters were replaced with in-wall cadet heaters.
