The single family house is located on a quiet street only a block and half from The University of Oregon, Portland campus. The neighborhood is quite walkable, close to Alberta Park, Ainsworth, 30th/Killingsworth dining and Alberta restaurants. The 3 Bd, 1 Ba house has great natural lighting, but all windows have blinds. Every room in the house has laminate wood flooring with exception to the 3rd bedroom located on the second floor, which has neutral tone carpet. The shower and bathroom flooring was remodeled in 2025. Parking on the street is ample, but the tenants can also park one car in the garage and one in the driveway accessed from the alley. The washer / dryer is located in the basement and the appliances are included in the rental. Lease term is annual, September 1 through August 31st, for example Rent is due at the first of the month and can be paid through Zillow, Venmo No Pets, No smoking. Owner pays for trash. Renters are responsible for setting up and paying for gas (heat), electricity, water/sewer utility companies. Landscaping is handled by the owner. Tenants have access to the backyard, side deck and one-car garage. We have rented to University students, where each applicant is listed on the lease and a parent may be asked to co-sign.
