It also has a balcony that over looks a pond. The complex is gated, has side walks throughout, has over two miles of nature trails located inside the complex, a fitness center, a pool, a playground, a buisness room, washer and dryer connections, microwave, refrigerator, oven, laundry room. It's very quiet and peaceful here. It is the B2 upper floor plan. Though the complex is usually %100 occupied, if you were to lease directly with villas, the rent would be 1100 vs 915, you would have to pay a $300 deposit fee, as well as $150 reservation fee. Simply taking over the lease however would save you almost $700.
