It's in a fantastic location and you can walk to Panera bread, Food City & Kroger. No pets & No smoking. The garage and building behind the house is unavailable. We are still doing some remodeling so it is off limits. Renter is responsible for electricity and utilities. Renter is responsible for lawn maintenance and keeping the place clean. Absolutely no smoking and no animals.
