Close to skiing and surrounded by amazing hiking, biking, swimming, exploring, shopping and dining. The ski season and peak foliage are high demand times. Looking for families or friends to make The Birdhouse their winter home away from home - ideally returning year after year to their private ski chalet. Available for all seasonal rentals but coming up on the winter, my focus is here and the price reflects that. This is high demand time in Stowe, and short term rentals are the norm, but I would like to connect with a group who wants to build a longstanding relationship. All maintenance and utilities will be handled for you and you can store your gear, enlist my local cleaning team and call me for support when needed. High speed internet make remote work possible and the hot tub and sauna make relaxation the norm. We are 15 minutes door to the base of the mountain and cross country skiing surrounds. There are two A-frames on the property, set close together but with a surprising amount of privacy. My daughter and I live in the upper house, along with our small dog and cat, so you'll have easygoing neighbors who also know how to give space. We ski a lot in the winter and are happy to give tips that may help. I manage properties in and around Stowe and work in elder care, so I run a responsive, well kept operation.
