One bedroom is a large master bedroom with a bathroom attached and the other room is smaller but still has plenty of space. Both bathrooms are full size. The Kitches is nice sized and has lots of storage space. The living room is a nice size and has a wood burning fire place. There is a garage but it is fairly small and you have to manually open the doors, so its not ideal for parking a vehicle but it would great for motorcycles or outdoor gear. The front yard is fenced by a chain link fence and the back yard has a privacy fence. There is grass in all the yards that has an automatic sprinkler system that we set in the summer. Rent is $1100 with a deposit of $600. We pay water/sewer/trash and you are responsible for gas and electric. It will be available early September.
