Inside the apartment, there are high ceilings and a spacious layout. While kitchen is on the smaller side, both rooms are the same size with roomy closets and space for queen-size beds. Best of all, the G train is conveniently located at the end of the block. Overall, it's not the biggest apartment but it has a lot of charm, is new & I think the place can be turned into a nice, cozy home.
