More than 50 % of the roof has been terribly repaired and patched by unlicensed handyman this year in violation of state law and code under 25% rule. Mold and water damage in ceiling and walls is terrible. Also mold in ventilation system ac ducts along with asbestos paper wrapped around the ac ducts.
