It seems like its in a nice neighborhood and the house has a perfect sized lot, you do not have your neighbor right on top of you. Now their are also disturbing facts too. In the 3 yrs I lived there , someonee was shot in his house down the street, 1 month ago ...another shooting . The neighborhood is going downhill and we all have been very upset wth the HOA. We used to have a security guard that always drove around and you felt safe. However the HOA decided we need to change security companies because they were cheaper. Ever since I have never seen them driving around and they let all the college kids from down the street take over our pool and have huge loud parties with drinking . all my neighbors could not go to the pool all summer because it turned into not a place to bring your kid. Security is never around and lets anything go! So it is a pretty nice house but if having a safe, secure and fun neighborhood is important to you....It would drive you insane
