This is an awesome house in Clarendon that is currently for rent. It's a 4 bedroom home and everyone has their own bathroom with a shower. It even has two fridges! It's a brand new renovated unit with enough parking and street parking as well. It's 1/2 from Clarendon Metro and Clarendon nightlife. Everyone has their own washer and dryer as well. There are 4 sets. We are currently looking for 1 other person to rent the place with. We are all male young professionals and keep it pretty low key during the week and out on the weekends. Looking for other young professionals who are sociable, fun, and clean. I have a sectional, coffee table, 65" tv, and other living room furniture to fill the living room with. However the bedrooms will be unfurnished.
