Never had issues not having a machine available. -Carpeted living room, hallway -hardwood bedroom -If you like it and decide to renew the lease the monthly rent will be $705.00/month -Quiet neighbors, never had any noise issues. -Plenty of parking spaces. -Plenty of FREE guest parking spots Looking to sublease.
