Avid golfers may want to look into tee times at TPC Sawgrass and some of the other world-class courses in the greater Jacksonville area. Fishermen will already be familiar Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island as one of the best fishing spots in Florida Owner pays for water and trash, and lawn maintenance. Tenant to pay for other utilities including cable/wifi if desired (we work, video conference and run TVs off hot spots with great success), and heat/electric. Must maintain renters insurance.
