Skirting has been re-framed, with 4x4 ground Contact lumber where applicable, and insulated against heat loss with R-19 fiberglass insulation. Both exterior doors have been replaced, and the door frames capped in paintless steel. All windows have been replaced with Low-Energy gas filled dual pane Jeld-Wen vinyl windows. Roof was replaced in 2016. This house should provide many years of maintenance free living! A 12'x 12" insulated shed provides considerable storage space, and a fenced yard provides a safe place for kids or pets. A gambrel Tree complete with 1100 lb capacity cable winch provides the avid outdoorsman a convenient and easy place to process game.
