Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking of any kind, including vaping and cannabis, is strictly prohibited anywhere inside or outside the home, with violations resulting in a minimum $600 odor removal fee. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will result in additional charges. A $150 cleaning fee may apply if the home is left excessively dirty. No pets are allowed, and unapproved pets will result in fines and additional cleaning fees.
