Nice home in water oriented community. Access to Bay with small boat, (approx 2-1/2 feet of water at high tide in the summers.) Marinas nearby for larger boats. Home completely updated/renovated within the last 10 years. Maple hardwood floors, ceramic floors in kitchen/bath, granite counter and solid maple Thomasville cabinets with built-ins around refrigerator in kitchen. Large deck off kitchen for outside entertaining. Paved driveway leading to nice 20 X 20 interlocking brick parking pad with enclosed carport. This is a nice home and a good deal for anyone looking for something in this area with the kind of amenities I have described. We are nearing retirement age and thinking about moving out of state. Not ready to officially list the house with a realtor but if someone is seriously interested we will sell. We would like to add that the "zestimate" provided by this web site is seriously below what the actual value of this home is and should not be used as a barometer as to it's value by any stretch of the imagination. As an example of how far off it is, the house next door to us which is a comparable property was just listed last week for $294,500.00 and just to show you how truly ridiculous these estimates are the "zestimate this website has placed on that property is a $392,698.00. There is just no rhyme or reason for this kind of discrepancy in the pricing and it does not serve the seller or the buyer well!
