It has easy access to uptown, downtown and mid-city and would be ideal for returning university and medical students. Landlord is frequently onsite. There is a non-refundable $25 application fee per person to cover the cost of background and credit checks. We will have an open house style viewing on Saturday July 17 and Sunday July 18 from 1-3.
