You have to have good rental history No evictions or money owed to a previous landlord for any reason Income requirements range from 2-3 times the monthly rent You have to have at least 3 months job history at the same job Credit and Criminal Background checks are required approved, applicant(s) have 72 hours to pay the full Security Deposit to hold the property. Failure to pay Security Deposit within the 72 hours, will put the property back on the market. Failure to take possession of the property on your Lease Start Date will make your Security Deposit non-refundable. If approved, there is also a one time Administrative Fee of $125.00 per property.
