It is a very quiet community about 10 min from OSU with ample parking, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. This is a first floor unit that is pet friendly, with a private fenced in yard surrounding the back patio. The only reason I am leaving this place is because I got a job out of state! The sublet will start immediately (date negotiable) and end April 21, 2019 and is $1169 per month. I will continue paying utilities(electric, heat, water, sewer, trash) all you have to pay is the rent!
