Our home is a lovely home with lots of udates, it has new granite counter tops, new cabinets, trim and most doors. 2018.New furnace 2018 .New a/c and siding 2019.New windows and exterior doors and huge shed in 2022, Radon system in 2018. Mostly new floors in 2018,wood and engineered hard wood. Still needs carpet on supper level steps but we will allow 500 for that. Its located in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood. Hate to leave but the commute to st paul and back is getting to be alot.
