Looking for renter(s) able to show $2,400+ a month gross income with $1,500 in deposit. All pets are welcome, however there is a fee depending on the size of animals. Small dog(s) and/or cat(s) add $50 a month to the rent. Large dog(s) (at or above 50 lbs) add $100 a month to rent. House comes fully stocked with oven, refrigerator, washer, water softener, and gas dryer. It also has a newer furnace and central AC. Lots of attic insulation to assist with energy bills. Located close to Anderson University. Attached one car garage and small shed in the back yard. Unfortunately, due to weather the carport shown in the pictures is no longer standing at this time. Please contact directly if there is not a time for a tour available, I do work a 9-5 M-F job but may be able to find time for a tour if no times work for you. Lease term would be one year long. I do not allow the use of illegal drugs, if found this is a violation of the lease terms and are grounds for eviction. Tenant pays all utilities, gas bills, water/sewage bills. Tenant will also do basic upkeep of the property, like mowing the yard.
