By living at the Quarry, you would also have access to both of the Quarry's gyms/weight rooms, and both of their pools, movie theater, printing and other amenities. The Quarry also has 2 dog parks, and plenty of walking space. The Quarry is just a short distance from downtown Grandview Heights. The bike trail borders the property (which would allow you to bike all the way downtown without being on the road). The space is sufficiently large enough for a couple or a single individual. The lease is from now through May 18, 2018.
