The house includes: - A large privacy fence and automatic security gate - A hot tub - Exterior bar in a converted shipping container - Fire pit - Screened in porch - Carport with paved parking spaces for 3 cars, but plenty of other parking in gated yard - Exterior shed for storage - Gas range - Gas washer and dryer -Dishwasher -Vinyl floors -6 min drive to BNA The home is pet-friendly with no additional pet fee, but no smoking allowed. I also know pink is not for everyone (my partner's interior designing skills), so we are willing to repaint/take down wallpaper if preferred. We will also be repainting all other areas in the house prior to moving in. Donelson is an up-and-coming area drawing businesses from East, Sylvan Park, and Germantown, while still adding its own flare. New businesses are constantly popping up. Our specific street includes many people that walk outside with their pets, and is right down the road from Nectar. We have loved this house, but recently purchased a new one about 5 minutes away. We'll stay in close contact should anything be needed. To qualify, you will need to submit proof of income using paystubs, a credit check, and a background check. The ability to provide security deposit and first month rent is also required. The house will be available starting early to mid-June!
