    Very nice 5 bed, 3 bath. Fenced, A/C. Nice sized dining area. 2 car garage, with additional gravel pad for parking. Living room and Family Room. Will have all new paint. No smoking! Rent is $1475 per month FOR A TWO YEAR LEASE. (sorry listing shows a one year, Zillow doesn't have more than a 1 year option). We will consider a 1 year lease at $1595 per month, turn-over is time consuming and expensive and we prefer long-term tenants. We will consider less than perfect credit (but not horrible). We also consider recent but completed bankruptcies (with other compensating factors). We are looking for strong rental history and someone who will take good care of the place. We do our research so don t give us fake Landlord references. While we in general will prefer applicants with no pets, we have considered tenants in the past with 1 pet such as a non-aggressive breed dog, that is mature and 100% potty trained, is super friendly, doesn't dig, doesn't bark at neighbors, etc. If you claim you have a service pet, be prepared to jump through every possible hoop and verification and we will be double checking to whatever extent possible. No roommate situations, If there are two unrelated parties, One of you must qualify and be willing to financially carry the lease on your own. We have had bad experiences with roommate fall-out. We don't charge applicant fees until we have narrowed it down to 2-3 applicants. Then its $35/applicant. We don't want to waste your money or our time, so please be upront in your applications. If you have your own recent credit/background check, you may provide it. We will still do our own if we decide to rent to you. We also verify income. Deposit is $1600. It is a nice house, we don t want your deposit in the end, we want a nice house back! Tenant pays all utilities. First months rent and full deposit due upon move-in.
