It comes furnished with a Sealy queen-size bed, kitchen and cooking supplies, smart TV, full-size fridge and great sunset views. Laundry room use is optional and is located in the main house see below. Includes all utilities: Wi-Fi, laundry room use, portable AC, water, trash, and electricity. Optional: Save $150 if you don't need wi-fi and laundry room. We are close to all in North County. Trails, shopping, Carlsbad Industrial/Business park, Palomar College, Cal State San Marcos, the beach, golf, hiking and more. Please Note: We both already work out our home so we are looking for a renter who works regular hours away from home. It may be difficult to see from pics, but our casita is very clean and we are looking for someone that will keep it that way-someone who is not the party type, who is mature, clean, responsible and a non-smoker.
