This is a fully furnished guest house and is located in the La Costa area of Carlsbad, which is a higher-end neighborhood approximately 5 miles from the coast. The upper-level studio is situated over the garage and has a private entrance, high ceilings, large kitchen, tub/shower combo, premium tile flooring and carpet in living/bedroom area. It's approximately 400 square feet but feels larger due to the vaulted ceilings. It comes furnished with a Sealy queen-size bed, kitchen and cooking supplies, smart TV, full-size fridge and great sunset views. Laundry room is located in the main house. Includes all utilities: Wi-Fi, laundry room use, portable AC (during summer months), water, trash, and electricity. Optional: Save $100 if you don't need wi-fi and laundry room. We are close to all in North County. Carlsbad Industrial/Business park, Palomar College, Cal State San Marcos, GIA, University of St. Augistine, beaches, golf, hiking and more. Please Note: We both already work out our home, so we are looking for a renter who works regular hours.
