Hard wood floors, shared laundry, cats & dogs accepted, patio, shared backyard with table and grill, free street parking, and our unit has access to extra storage space. Walking distance to both the Diversey & Fullerton bus and train stops. With option to re-sign lease 4/1. Tenant pays gas and electric. This is managed by Westward properties. They stay out of your way for the most part. No additional rent for pets but they may want to do an inspection and would charge $100 for that fee. They've come through once in 3 years and once we showed no issues we haven't had another review. Laundry is shared. No smoking. Easy to park on the street and there is no zones. Really great for when you have guests over as well. Applicant will have to complete application or management company.
