Shared laundry in the basement. There is a large living room with built in bookcases, dining room and The kitchen is also huge with a walk in pantry and dish washer. The two bedrooms are decent size. One is more spacious than the other but they are both practical. The larger bedroom has a walk in closet while the smaller one has a very deep closet. There is one bathroom between both bedrooms. It has a claw foot tub with shower and a large linen closet for storage. There is also a large closet for storage at the front of the house in the dining room. Additional storage room is available in the basement. There is ample parking on Pleasant Avenue south. The landlord covers water, sewer and solid waste. The other Utilities are not included in rent but I will be happy to give you some info on general costs if you are interested:) they're pretty standard. There is central heat but not AC. Window units do the trick in the summer. The house will be completely empty of all my things when you move in so come with your own furnishings:) The lease is available 5/1/2025 Owner pays solid waste disposal, water and sewer.
