Neighbors have been in the subdivision for many years, since the development was built. Vibrant activities such as local festivals, National Historic treasure- San Juan Mission, annual events; swallows arriving in San Juan Capistrano each year, our very own Los Rios district, which has the oldest recorded street in California right here in beautiful San Juan Capistrano. Los Angeles and San Diego are only 1.5 miles away from the doorstep, with some assistance from Metra / Amtrak trains. Freeway is nearby, but community is protected from traffic. An organic farm is located right across the street my this wonderful home.
