The room has one window, one closet. Ceiling fan is in great shape. Its 10 by 12 with hard wood flooring and air conditioning. Comes with your own fridge. Me and my boyfriend use our own fridge. Everything has been kept cleaned since our last tenant. We use a washer dryer combo and it works great. We have a pretty long drive way that can fit 3 cars. Me and my boyfriends 2 dogs love to play around the house so just letting you know now they love to be bark. No smokers This includes Vapes, cigs and cannabis. Boyfriend is allergic to some of it. No pets. Are German sherppard acts as the protector of our home and cannot handle another animal in it. The floors are always clean so dont worry about that. We do expect you to clean up after yourself, wash your own dishes and keep your room itself clean. We will share our Tupperware and utensils ect but anything goes missing,breaks or doesn't get clean you will face the consequences for not being a decent person. You can park wherever you want. In the drive way or on the street. Either is fine
