Texts will not be answered until the next day if sent after 8 PM. Rent, and any other financial transactions, must be paid through electronic payment. Zelle is preferred, but I also accept rent through Paypal, Venmo and Cash App. Must present Valid I.D. when submitting an application. Proof of income and/or employment would be helpful.
