This house was constructed by Gehan with very little to no oversight and an emphasis on haste over any considerations for the occupants or neighbors. This is why it blew down in a storm in April 2021 while every nearby structure stayed basically unchanged. It was reconstructed with higher haste and much worse materials during better weather. BUYER BEWARE!
