Renters will be responsible for all utilities (Including gas, electric, water, trash, etc.) Rent is as-is, renters are to be responsible for all maintenance and upkeeps of the property. No smoking inside of the house. House will be inspected by owners after the first 6-month period. The date and time will be scheduled with renters. Pets are allowed, up to 2 pets. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. After the 7th day of the month a late fee of $100 dollars will be applied to the following month's rent. Renters insurance is a must. Must give a 60-day notice upon move-out. A full deposit is refundable, if the house is returned in good conditions, clean, and without any new damages to the property. Breaking the lease will result in losing the full deposit, no exceptions.
