There is no security deposit required, however there is a non-refundable move-in fee of $350. Your client will be emailed a link for the credit check from me. The cost of the credit check is $55 and non-refundable. Please submit an application either from your board or find it on the listing under "additional information", and email to me when completed. We require a credit check for each individual over 18, and a credit score of 650 or better. Please text me when you have submitted the application.
