Brookside apartments are the place to live if you are looking for an affordable 2 bedroom. We have a couple options to choose from, pictures are of each option we have available. Sign a 14-month lease and the first two full months are free! Owner pays water, hot water, sewer, garbage, lawn care and snow removal. Resident is responsible for the electricity, heat and cable/internet. This building is cat friendly up to two with a refundable pet deposit and no monthly pet rent. Any other animals would require an approved doctors note. Lease options are 6, 9 or 12-month leases. Application fee is $35 per adult and we will check credit, criminal and rental history. This building does have a relaxed credit criteria. If you do not have over a 600 credit score, as long as there is no landlord or utility debt owed and you pass our criminal and rental requirements we are able to approve you with a full month rent for the deposit.
