This apartment is a beautifully updated unit with new, modern laminate flooring, new kitchen cabinets, tile work, and appliances. The bathroom is also newly remodeled. This all-electric unit is easy to maintain and is centrally located. In fact, we are within walking distance of the St. Louis Metro link. Please call us with your questions and please know that we do have an application charge of $42 per adult if you decide that you would like to apply for one of our apartments. Our requirements to become our tenant are standard to the rental market industry. We look forward to hearing from you soon! We offer yearly leases for new tenants. These are non-smoking apartments. Cats are permitted to live with a tenant, but we must be told upfront about the pet. A non-refundable pet deposit of $200 is required upfront per cat . We do not ask for a monthly pet fee from our renters. We require a 30-day written notice prior to a lessee choosing to relocate after the year lease has been fulfilled. When vacating the property we expect the apartment to be left clean and all personal belongings removed from the property.
