The address on my property is not followed by the #2, as Zillow has erroneously done. The rental estimate is completely off base. I've owned this property since 1989 and the rent for both units has never been as low as Zillow has quoted. In fact, the rent is over twice the amount they have listed as an estimate, and has been so for many years.
