We offer yearly leases for new tenants. These are non-smoking units. Cats are permitted to reside with the tenant, but we must be told upfront about the pet. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 is required. We do not charge a monthly pet fee. If a tenant should choose to relocate after their one year lease has been fulfilled we require a 30-day written notice of your plans to relocate. When vacating the property we expect the apartment to be left clean and all personal belongings should be removed
