The unit went through a total overhaul 2 years ago and still looks great. It is an upstairs unit with a front porch and a rear deck. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen for dishes and can goods. There is a washer and dryer hookup in the unit and washer and dryer can be rented. Owner pays water up to agreed amount per month. Tenant is responsible for usage over agreed amount. Tenant is responsible for all other bills
