The neighborhood has mostly home owners living there. We are looking for responsible people to fit in this neighborhood. No Animals.No smoking. This location is in a very convenient place near the intersection of Silverton and Portland Road. 10 minutes to Salem Hospital, 5 minutes to Salem downtown, 10 minutes to Chemeketa, and 10 minutes to get on I-5. The house has two levels , three rooms, one and a half bathrooms, kitchen and living room. You have your own one car garage and your own small back yard. The house has a washer & dryer, refrigerator, microwave and oven. $1400 a month, not included are your utility fees. If you are interested, you can email us, and we will put your name on our list. Then we can show you around the house on June 1st. After you have seen the house, if you like it, we will require a background check, which is online and will cost you 30 dollars. To move in, you will pay the first month rent of $1400, and a $1400 refundable security deposit.
