A beautiful little house! Curl up by the fireplace in the winter, enjoy air filtered A/C in the summer season (great for folks sensitive to air quality issues). The backyard has a running brook behind it you can listen to from a shady nook under trees and sunny spots for gardens. The covered patio makes a cozy place to read under blankets on rainy days. This is a pet friendly house! There is a fenced backyard to play with your dogs. Full garage with a washer and dryer, newer dishwasher, stove, and other appliances. We love this place and neighborhood so much. It's right next to interurban forested trails so you can walk a few minutes in the woods to get to groceries, restaurants, and summer concerts on "the green" in Barkley village. It's just down the street from Roosevelt Elementary school and playgrounds for kids. This house has been occupied by folks who have used non-toxic household products and is an excellent fit for people who need this for their health or just have that preference.
